Introduction of United Apostolic Church Pakistan
The Beginning:
United Apostolic Church Pakistan started in February 2010 when Apostle Clifford Flor sent Evangelist Edwin Riaz to Lahore, Pakistan with the mission to inform people about the United Apostolic Church. Evangelist Edwin Riaz contacted District Elder Earnest Riaz and together they invited people and other priestly ministers to the church meetings where they introduced United Apostolic Church to the Christian people of Pakistan. As a result of positive response from various communities and priestly ministers, the basic church structure was formed. Church was registered with the Government of Pakistan. Currently there are 1 District Evangelist and 3 Evangelists along with 16 Priests, helping District Elder Earnest Riaz in serving the Lord’s work in 30 different communities, containing 1630 members, under the supervision of our Dear Apostle Cliff Flor.
Programs:
Divine Services are held every Sunday in every community. Sunday school is also held in some communities for the children, while the rest are planning to start their Sunday school program as soon as possible. Every month training seminars are planned for the ministers and youth to prepare them as Deacons and Priests. The deserving members are provided with medical assistance, deserving widows in communities are also helped as much as possible.
Future Plans:
- Local Priest in every community.
- Church building in every community.
- Medical and educational programs in every community.
- Assistance for children in communities to make it possible for them to attend Sunday school programs instead of working in the fields/factories with their parents, preventing child labor.
- Bicycles for every priest.
- A Four wheel vehicle in the church office to make it possible to visit all communities every month.
Vision:
“To prepare the Bride of our Lord Jesus Christ”
